CCR Scout
Incorrect coding is an integrity risk for consumer safety and brand reputation.
The solution is to confirm correct coding for each filled container with the visual inspection system CCR Scout. All containers with a wrong code are rejected from the production line, their images are stored and an alarm is generated.
Optimal production efficiency is guaranteed because there are no moving parts and there is no product handling.
With the CTI Scout the cans are also inspected for damages or contaminations. The sensitivity for this extra inspection can be adjusted to fit your requirements with setting the software adjustment.
The CCR Scout operates at a maximum capacity of 60.000 products per hour.
