The modular inspection platform Basic Scout consists of inspection modules for various functionalities. Recently we developed a module in cooperation with a supplier of advanced printing machines. The module inspects very accurate decorations on screen-printed bottles and will be delivered as an option of the printing machine.

The developed module is generic and uses a line scan camera, connected to the standard Basic Scout. With this module extra high resolution and uniform illumination is possible. The development time was short because all the existing Basic Scout functionalities can easily be used with the line scan. Of course, also other inspection applications are possible with the line scan camera, we would like to discuss the possibilities with you.
